Associate / Process Developer – Customer Service

Location:

Ahmedabad, India

Job Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.

Support data collection to facilitate account recovery for end users.

Maintain a strong understanding of client processes, policies, and service standards.

Troubleshoot and reproduce customer-reported issues, escalating product-related bugs when required.

Deliver outstanding customer service across chat, email, and voice channels.

Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills in handling customer interactions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirement:

Graduate in any discipline (Freshers eligible)

Preferred:

Prior experience in customer service (chat, email, or voice)

Strong analytical, probing, and problem-solving abilities

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal) with a neutral accent

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends
